Donations are accepted online through UPI, bank transfer, or Paytm. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
If a donation is mistakenly paid or duplicated, we will review the request and process a refund within 15 working days. Requests must be sent via email with transaction details.
All donations are eligible for tax exemptions under Section 80G/12A of the Income Tax Act. Any changes in applicable laws will be updated on the website.
Donations are used for education, healthcare, skill development, disaster relief, and other community welfare activities as per our NGO objectives.
